Apple and blackberry crumble

  1. Peel and cut the apples into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Mix in a bowl with berries, Quinua Real flour and some Quinua Real syrup. Mix it well and set aside.
  2. Prepare a mixture of grape seed oil with Quinua Real syrup, add Quinua Real flakes, almonds and dates (cutted very tiny). Mix it well.
  3. Spread a baking tray with a little oil, place in the background the fruit mixture and cover with the mixture of flakes. Add the cinnamon stick and put it all in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.


  • 1/2 cup of Quinua Real flour
  • 250 grams of Quinua Real flakes
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds and crushed
  • A handful of pitted dates 
  • 10 tablespoons of Quinua Real syrup
  • 70 ml. of grape seed oil
  • 5 apples
  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A cinnamon stick
  • A few drops of lemon
