Apple tartlets and Quinua Real flakes


  1. Mix Quinua Real flour with the flakes in a bowl. Add the almond flour together with the cinnamon and mix it.
  2. Incorporate the olive oil and the rice syrup. Mix again until a paste is done.
  3. Spread into trtlet molds with a bit of olive oil.
  4. Fill the molds with the dough by pressing well the base and sides.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees about 10 minutes.
  6. While baking, cut three apples into slices. Cook with a pinch of cinnamon and a little of grated lemon zest. Add a tablespoon of water to avoid sticking and 2 tablespoons of rice syrup.
  7. Cook approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and blend until get the texture of a cream. Reserve.
  9. Cut the apple that we had saved into thin slices.
  10. Cook in the same pan with half a glass of water and set aside.
  11. Remove the tartlets from the oven, let cool and unmold.
  12. Fill the tartlets with apple cream.
  13. With the strips of apple we had saved, form a flower to decorate each tartlet.

  • 55 g of Quinua Real flakes
  • 100 g of Quinua Real flour
  • 50 g of almond flour
  • 100 g of rice syrup
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 4 apples
  • Grated lemon
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Water
