Black Quinua Real Salad


Preparation

  1. Take one glassful of black Quinua Real and wash.
  2. Add in a saucepan two glasses of water, a pinch of salt and a bay leaf. Cook for 25 minutes until the water is absorbed.
  3. Dice one cucumber and put to one side.
  4. Remove the seeds from one tomato, dice the tomato and put to one side.
  5. Grate one carrot and put to one side.
  6. Mix all the vegetables in with the cooked Quinua Real along with a cup of sweetcorn, the tomato, the cucumber and the carrot.
  7. Add a little oregano, a dash of extra virgin olive oil and put to one side.
  8. For the tartar, mix together half an avocado, two tablespoons of sweetcorns, a clove of garlic, juice of half a lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Grind down the mixture.
  9. Mix the tartar with the Royal Quinoa and stir well.
  10. Cut some almonds for decoration and serve.

  • 1 glassful of black Quinua Real

  • 1 bay leaf and 1 clove of garlic
  • A pinch of oregano
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Almonds for decoration

  • Half an avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetcorn
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
