Picture from Emanuela Gornati

Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a pot and heat up.
  2. Stir and cook on low for 15-20 minutes until it becomes a uniform cream. It should not get too thick.
  3. Cool down.
  4. Pour all the ingredients in a bowl, stir and set aside.
  5. Leave for 10 minutes, stir again and mix well.
  6. Put it in the fridge and let it settle for at least a minimum of 2 hours, it’d be ideal to leave it all night.
  7. Split into 2 glasses placing 2 tablespoons at the bottom.
  8. Next, make another layer of chia seeds which, after having rested for a while, should have thickened. Stir well before using.
  9. Make a second layer with the red berry coulis.
