Chocolate mousse with Quinua Real and coconut drink

  1. In a pot, pour the cocoa and the agar agar, add the Quinua Real drink and stir to avoid lumps.
  2. Add the syrup and the cinnamon and cook it until it boils.
  3. Dilute the kuzu with a little water until it turns into a white liquid and add to the boiling drink.
  4. Stir to avoid lumps.
  5. Add the hazelnuts cream and remove.
  6. Cook it for about 5 minutes until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
  7. Pour in a few molds of flan and let cool in the refrigerator for about two hours.
  8. To make the sauce, dice all the ingredients and pour them in a saucepan.
  9. Bring to a boil, stirring for about 10 minutes until it thickens and reserve.
  10. Serve the mousse with the red fruit sauce and strawberries.


  • 1 l of Quinua Real rice and coconut drink
  • 30 g of pure cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of hazelnut cream
  • 90 ml agave or rice syrup
  • 8 g of agar agar
  • 40 g of kuzu
  • Cinnamon               
  • Red fruits sauce:
  • 100 g of red fruits
  • 80 g of rice syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of agar agar
