Organic red Quinua Real with whole rice

  1. Cook the Quinua Real according to the instructions given on the packaging.
  2. Peel the apple and the carrot and grate them. Peel the avocado and cut into small dices.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil, the tamari and the mint leaves cut into julienne. Mix all ingredients and season with the seasoning.


    (For 2 people)


  • 180 g. of cooked red Quinua Real
  • 180 g. of cooked whole rice
  • ½ apple
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ carrot
  • 2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil (obtained from cold pressing)
  • 2 teaspoon of Tamari
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
