Organic rice and Quinua Real spaghetti in pesto sauce

Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
  2. Combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil in a blender and blend to a puree. Add the salt and pepper and blend again.
  3. Cook the pasta in the boiling and salt water for 13 to 15 minutes. Drain and transfer to large bowl. Add the pesto and toss.
  4. Taste for salt and pepper and add a drizzle of oil if you like.
