Quinua Real and chia super energy smoothie

Preparation

  1. Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into pieces. For best results freeze the banana overnight in slices. This will give the milkshake an even creamier texture.
  2. Put the chopped fruit, vegetable drink, chia, maca, ginger and vanilla in a blender. Add a little Quinua Real syrup and puree.
  3. Once everything is well liquidized, sweeten with a bit more syrup or thicken with more vegetable drink as required.
