Quinua Real and chickpea burger


  1. Take a cup of white Quinua Real and rinse.
  2. Put in a saucepan two cups of water, a pinch of salt, a bay leaf and the Quinua Real. Cook for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
  3. Chop up a clove of garlic, an onion and two carrots.
  4. Sauté the onion and the garlic first adding salt and a little of cumin powder. Mix in the carrots and cook everything for 10 minutes.
  5. Add a cup and a half of cooked chickpeas and the prepared Quinua Real.
  6. Chop a sprig of parsley and mix in.
  7. Grind the mixture down.
  8. Shape into the form of burgers. Coat them in sesame seeds and sprinkle some drops of olive oil on top.
  9. Put in the oven at 180º for 10 minutes.



    (Serving for 4)
  • One cup Quinua Real grain
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sprig of Parsley
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • A pinch of Cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin Olive oil
  • Sesam seeds
