Quinua Real and hazelnut biscuits


Preparation

  1. Put the chia seeds in water and leave it to soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Take two cups of Quinua Real flakes and put to one side.
  3. Crush one cup of hazelnuts and chop up a handful of raisins.
  4. Mix the Quinua Real flakes, raisins and ground hazelnuts. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder, Quinua Real flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour, a teaspoon of grated lemon peel and the chia seeds.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add the sesame seed oil and the two tablespoons of rice syrup. Mix it well and prepare the mixture in biscuits form. 
  7. Place in the oven at 180º for approximately 15 minutes.

    (for 16 biscuits aprox.)

     

  • 100 ml of sesame seed oil
  • 130 g Quinua Real flakes
  • 75 g of Quinua Real flour
  • 75 g of wholemeal buckwheat flour
  • 40 g of hazelnuts
  • 5 g of chia seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder
  • 2 tablespoons of rice syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
