Quinua Real chocolate drink ice-cream

  1. In a sauce pan, mix the Quinua drink with the coconut cream, the vanilla, the salt, the agave syrup and the cornstarch which has been previously diluted in 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Simmer until it thickens.
  3. Add the black chocolate until it melts entirely and are no lumps left.
  4. Let cool and crush with the blender to make sure there are no lumps left.
  5. Pour into the moulds and add some chocolate chunks, goji berries and crushed hazelnuts.
  6. Keep cooling in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
