Quinua Real Crackers


Preparation

  1. Take 50 g of Puffed Quinua Real and roast without stirring for 3 minutes, until the color changes.
  2. Soak 5 g of chia seeds in cold water for 20 minutes.
  3. Chop 10 g of pumpkin seeds and mix with 10 g of sesame seeds. Add the Puffed Quinua Real seeds and mix.
  4. Mix 40 g of sun-dried tomatoes, the hydrated chia seeds, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of oregano, a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of Quinua Real syrup. Grind it all together. Add the Puffed Royal Quinoa seeds.
  5. Add 15 g of royal Quinoa flour and continue mixing.
  6. Shape the mixture like Quinua Real crackers and place in the oven and bake at 180º for 10 minutes.

  • 50 g de Puffed Quinua Real
  • 10 g pumpkin seeds
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 40 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 g of chia seeds
  • One teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • One tablespoon soy sauce
  • One teaspoon Quinua Real syrup
  • 15 g Quinua Real flour
  • A pinch of oregano
