  1. Wash the seeds and toast them lightly (each type separately) in a pan without oil.
  2. Put the molasses in a saucepan and heat (without adding water), stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients over medium-low heat and mix well until a compact mass and amalgamated by the molasses.
  4. Pour into a mold, previously painted with oil, and flatten well with the spoon or with wet hands. No more than 2 cm thick.
  5. Let cool or put it a few minutes before in the oven to make it crisper.
  6. Cut to the desired length when cold.


  • 2 cups of puffed Quinua Real
  • 1 tablespoon of grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins unwashed (chopped very small)
  • 4 tablespoons of Quinua Real syrup
  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds and/or pumpkin
  • Greated lemon zest as desired
