Quinua Real Pizza with tomato and arugula

  1. Leave Quinua Real grain soak in hot water for 1 hour (or 12 hours in cold water).
  2. After the soaking time, wash and drain the Quinua Real.
  3. Put the Quinua Real grain in a blender and add salt, oil, oregano, garlic and sesame seeds. Blend until a dough like a pancake texture.
  4. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the mold. Smooth well with a spatula. Bake at 180º for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and the vegan cheese and top with zucchini, mushrooms and asparagus to taste.
  6. Bake again for 10 minutes more.
  7. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, arugula and oregano powder.


    For the base:
  • 1 cup of Quinua Real grain
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

  • For the topping:
  • Tomato sauce
  • Sliced zucchini to taste
  • Mushrooms to taste
  • Tomatoes cherry to taste
  • Arugula to taste
  • Oregano powder
  • Asparagus to taste
  • Vegan cheese to taste
