Quinua Real porridge with nuts, banana and blueberries

  1. Wash the royal quinoa well, place in a pan and toast for a few seconds, stirring rapidly. Add the 2 cups of vegetable drink along with a little cinnamon and syrup. Cover and cook on minimum heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. Stir in the blueberries and then turn off the heat. Leave to stand for a few minutes.
  3. Add the banana, nuts and sultanas. If the mix is too thick, add a little more vegetable drink.
  4. Sprinkle with Chia seeds and cinnamon. Sweeten with Royal Quinoa syrup as desired and serve.
