Quinua Real risotto with mushrooms

  1. Wash Organic Quinua Real, put it in a roasting pan and stir quickly for a few seconds. Add 1 cup and a half of water, bay leaf, a pinch of salt, and cook with lid on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Saute onions with olive oil and a pinch of salt for 20 minutes over low heat. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, dried basil and sauté 5 minutes. Add Organic Quinua Real and finely chopped chives and sauté 3 more minutes.
  3. Dilute the white almond cream with a little boiling water and mix well with the Organic Quinua Real.


    (For 2 people)


  • 1 cup of Organic Quinua Real
  • 3 chopped onion
  • 7 sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons white almond cream
  • Finely choppedchives
  • Dried basil
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
