Quinua Real salad with spinach, pear, grapes and pecans

Soups & creams

  1. Wash the Quinua Real several times with cold water. Drain well and toast in a saucepan with oil for several minutes until the grains are dry.
  2. Add the quinoa to a pan along with two cups of water and a pinch of sea salt. Cover and bring to the boil on low heat over 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove the quinoa, place in a salad bowl and leave to cool.
  4. Just before serving, wash the pears and grapes thoroughly and cut the pears into thin slices. Put the salad together, mixing the cold grains of Quinua Real with the washed spinach leaves, the pear slices, the grapes and the pecans.
  5. Dress with the extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
