Quinua Real Sauteed sweet

Preparation

  1. Wash the quinoa and bring it to boil water.
  2. Frothing and add a pinch of salt and turmeric.
  3. Reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes or until you see that it is free.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into small cubes. Chop the dates of the same size and chop the almonds.
  5. In a wok with a little olive oil, saute the fresh garlic and the peppers with a pinch of salt, then add carrots and dates and continue to saute a couple of minutes.
  6. Then add the almonds, seaweed arame well drained, 2 tablespoons of shoyu, 2 tablespoons of concentrated apple juice and finally the quinoa.
  7. Stir well to mix the ingredients. Off and serve.

  • 1 cup of breakfast of Quinua Real grain
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric dessert
  • 1 small handful of arame seaweed soaked
  • 3 fresh garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 dates
  • 12 almonds
  • 2 tablespoon of shoyu
  • 2 tablespoon of concentrated apple juice
