Quinua Real Spaghetti with leek sauce, walnuts and mustard

  1. Cut the leeks into small slices and mushrooms into thin slices.
  2. Cook the pasta in a boiling salted water according to packaging directions, drain and put to one side.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the oil and cook the leeks few minutes until soft.
  4. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring for a few minutes. Incorporate oats cream, mustard and crushed nuts and continue cooking until a smooth sauce.
  5. Serve the spaghetti with the creamy sauce of leeks and oatmeal, decorate with chopped nuts.


    (for 4 people)
  • 1 box of Quinua Real and rice spaghetti
  • 1 whole leek 
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 200 ml of cooking oatmeal cream
  • 1 handful of nuts
