Soy yogurt with strawberry sauce

  1. Mix the yogurt with soy the cream with a whisk. Add half the syrup quantity and stir gently.
  2. Chop the strawberries using a blender, and sieve the purée to remove the seeds. Add the remaining quantity of syrup and mix well.
  3. Put in a bowl a ring kitchen and fill it with the yogurt cream. Pour the sauce into the remaining gap. Carefully remove the ring and garnish with some wild strawberries.



    (for 1 person)

  • 100 g of natural yogurt soy
  • 30 g of soy cream
  • 100 g of strawberries
  • 20 g  of organic Quinua Real syrup
