Wok fried Quinua Real


  1. Bring 250 g of Quinua Real and rice fusilli to boil for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Cut half an onion, one carrot and half a courgette into thin slices.
  3. Add a dash of sesame oil to the wok and fry the vegetables.
  4. Put in the onion first, then the carrot and a dash of soy sauce.
  5. When the carrot is softening, add the courgette and mix together.
  6. Cook for a few minutes.
  7. Add the Quinua Real and rice fusilli, along with a little soy sauce, and stir.
  8. Serve with a few sesame seeds on top.


  • 250 g Quinua Real and rice fusilli
  • Half an onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Half a courgette
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
