Banana split with cocoa & coconut granola

Banana split with cocoa & coconut granola

1 tsp coconut oil

2 bananas

6 tbsp coconut yogurt (or your favourite)

4 tbsp cocoa & coconut granola

Berries (Raspberries & blueberries)

Mint leaves

  1. In a small frying pan heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Slice banana in half lengthwise, with flat side facing down place the bananas into the pan. Allow the bananas to brown for about 3 minutes and then flip onto other side and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Place each banana onto a plate and top with coconut yogurt and cocoa & coconut granola. Garnish with a fresh berries and mint leaves.
