3 Halloween desserts with royal quinoa

 

We show you how to make 3 delicious desserts that are ideal to celebrate Halloween at home with your loved ones, creating delicious autumn recipes.

For them we have used products based on royal quinoa.

 

Royal Quinoa Hazelnut Halloween Cookies

(Ingredients for 16 cookies)

  • 100 ml of sesame oil
  • 130 g organic quinoa real flakes
  • 75 g organic quinoa real flour
  • 75 g of whole buckwheat flour
  • 40 g of hazelnuts
  • A tablespoon of vanilla powder
  • Two tablespoons of rice syrup

 

  1. Crush the hazelnuts and chop the raisins
  2. Mix the flakes, raisins and ground hazelnuts.
  3. Add a little vanilla powder, organic quinoa real flour, whole buckwheat flour and lemon zest.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add the sesame oil and two tablespoons of rice syrup. Mix again and use Halloween shapes to cut out the biscuits
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. We can decorate them with chocolate

 

Organic quinoa real flour is a good ingredient for making gluten-free desserts. It also has a high content of high quality vegetable proteins.

The biggest difference with other flours is that the lack of gluten generates a denser pastry, so it is recommended to mix another type of flour together with quinoa real flour

No-Bake Pumpkin Cupcakes

Pumpkin is a good choice for making sweets in autumn. We have made delicious no-bake cupcakes based on organic cocoa y coconut granola. This dessert is very easy to make, even your children can help you. You can decorate them for Halloween with dark chocolate.

Coconut and cocoa granola has no refined sugar and is sweetened with rice syrup. It is also a rich source of fibre and does not contain gluten.

 

Do you want to avoid processed sweets? You can prepare some delicious biscuit with real quinoa and jam.

 Royal quinoa biscuits filled with jam

  • 500 grams banana
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 125 g of toasted almonds
  • 100 g organic quinoa real flour
  • 1cp vanilla powder
  • Peel of an orange
  • Grated coconut for coating
  • Rice syrup
  • Orange jam and raspberry jam

 

  1. Blend the banana with the lemon juice, preferably with a blender.
  2. Transfer the pastry to a bowl and add the previously crushed almonds, the orange peel and the rice syrup and mix.
  3. Add the flakes and mix again.
  4. Make balls and coat with coconut. Shape the cookie into an oval and make a hole in the middle.
  5. Fill the cookies with the jam.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
