However, it often happens that we feel fatigued, we are more tired than usual, and we have the feeling that we lack energy. This is known as spring asthenia, or seasonal fatigue.

What is spring asthenia?

Spring asthenia is not considered an illness, but a symptom that arises with the change of season. It is defined as a process of adaptation of the body to the new amount and intensity of light, as well as the increase in temperature, which can have a negative impact on our daily lives.

These symptoms are usually mild, and most people do not experience them all at once. Even so, they can destabilize our organism, draining our immune systems and energy levels, so it is necessary to strengthen our bodies against opportunistic diseases.

Nutrition is a key element in overcoming the symptoms of asthenia. Hence, the importance of prioritizing fresh, revitalizing, cleansing foods rich in vitamins and nutrients that make us feel strong and lively.
