Black quinoa risotto
We go into Italian cuisine to prepare a tasty risotto, but we won't do it with rice but with black real quinoa. Discover its incredible texture.
250 g organic quinoa real
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp rice syrup
Salt to taste
4 sheets of nori
Filling
120 g tofu
2 scallions, finely chopped
8 shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
½ tsp sriracha sauce
Dipping Sauce

A drop of sesame oil
