Overnight royal quinoa flakes

100 g organic quinoa real flakes

300 ml organic quinoa real & rice drink

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp cinnamon

½ banana, mashed

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp rice syrup



Organic cocoa & coconut granola



  1. In a medium bowl combine royal quinoa flakes, chia seeds and cinnamon.
  2. Add the mashed banana, peanut butter, rice syrup and the quinoa drink. Stir to fully combine.
  3. .Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
  4. In the morning, serve in two glasses or bowls and get creative with toppings... sliced banana, strawberries, granola, more peanut butter, nuts, seeds, etc!
