Black quinoa risotto
We go into Italian cuisine to prepare a tasty risotto, but we won't do it with rice but with black real quinoa. Discover its incredible texture.
200 g de Organic quinoa real & rice spaguetti
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 medium hot chillies, finely sliced
1 handful basil leaves
600 g canned chopped tomatoes
1 tsp rice syrup
Salt & pepper to taste
