Apple and berry crumble
We are transported to Ireland to create with quinoa real flour and flakes a delicious crumble that combines perfectly with the red fruits and the apple.
150 g organic cocoa & coconut granola
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa poder
30 g walnuts
140 g pitted dates roughly chopped
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
Up to 3 tbsp warm water, as needed
50 g dark chocolate
*These chocolate bites can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. They also freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before eating.
