500 ml quinoa rice drink

2 cinnamon sticks

The skin of a lemon

2 tbsp rice syrup

  1. Put the quinoa rice drink, cinnamon stick, the skin of a lemon and rice syrup in a saucepan. Gently bring to a simmer. Then turn off the heat and allow to cool completely.
  2.  Strain and carefully pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze.
  3.  To make the frappe add frozen cubes and a splash of quinoa rice drink to a blender. Blend until desired texture is reached.
  4.  Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
